But fun isn’t the ONLY reason you should create an outdoor obstacle course:
- Doing an obstacle course outside will expose you to Vitamin D straight from the sunshine.
- The obstacle course will get your blood pumping which will strengthen those heart muscles!
- You will be exercising your body which will not only improve your physical fitness but help with your mental clarity.
- The course will even help with brain functions. While you go through the course you have pace yourself and apply mental strategies to maneuver your way through all of the obstacles. This thought process will keep those neurons active!
